1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, running a node, or requesting training services, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use DeTrainAI.

2. Services Provided

  • DeTrainAI provides a decentralized platform for AI model training, validation, and deployment.

  • Services may include enterprise fine-tuning, node participation, validation, and governance.

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use DeTrainAI.

  • You are responsible for ensuring participation in decentralized networks is permitted under your local laws.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy – You are responsible for the data, tasks, or compute you provide.

  • Security – You must keep your account credentials and private keys secure.

  • Compliance – You must not use DeTrainAI for unlawful purposes, including misuse of data or infringement of third-party rights.

5. Data Usage

  • Enterprises retain ownership of proprietary datasets submitted for training.

  • DeTrainAI does not sell or transfer enterprise data to third parties.

  • Training data may be split across nodes for compute efficiency while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Certain anonymized performance metrics may be collected to improve the protocol.

6. Tokens and Staking

  • Participation may require staking $DTRN tokens.

  • Malicious or dishonest behavior may result in partial or full slashing of staked tokens.

  • Tokens are a utility token, created solely for training participation, validation, and governance within the DeTrainAI ecosystem.

  • Tokens are not designed for speculation or investment purposes.

  • Token values may fluctuate if listed on external exchanges; DeTrainAI is not responsible for token price movements or market activity.

7. Revenue Distribution

  • Revenues from enterprise training tasks are converted into $DTRN and distributed transparently among trainer nodes, validator nodes, and the ecosystem treasury.

  • Enterprises pay for services but do not share in network revenue.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Enterprises retain ownership of their proprietary data and outputs.

  • DeTrainAI retains rights to its platform, brand, and protocol design.

  • Custom agreements may govern ownership of trained models depending on enterprise requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DeTrainAI services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for losses related to downtime, node failure, token volatility, or misuse of the platform.

  • Participation in training, validation, or governance is at your own risk.

10. Governance

  • Holders of $DTRN tokens may participate in governance.

  • Governance outcomes are binding for protocol upgrades and ecosystem changes.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

  • Users may leave the network at any time by ceasing node operations or service usage.

12. Disclaimers

  • Nothing in this platform, including the distribution or use of tokens, constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.

  • Participation as a node operator, validator, or contributor does not guarantee profit and involves risk.

  • The $DTRN token is created strictly for utility purposes within the DeTrainAI protocol. Its functions include:

    • Staking to secure participation in training and validation.

    • Serving as a medium of exchange for training tasks and revenue distribution.

    • Enabling governance and voting rights for protocol evolution.

  • $DTRN tokens are not designed for speculation and should not be acquired with an expectation of financial gain, price appreciation, or investment return.

  • $DTRN tokens may be listed or traded on external exchanges outside DeTrainAI’s control. Prices may fluctuate, and DeTrainAI bears no responsibility for market activity, token volatility, or loss of value.

  • $DTRN does not represent equity, ownership, or a security in DeTrainAI or any related entity.

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation and use of $DTRN complies with local laws and regulations.

13. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time.

  • Continued use of DeTrainAI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
